It is understood that in the performance of their duties and in representation of XT Online Software LTDA. employees may obtain information about both the LICENSEE and their clientele and that such information may include financial data, client information, methods of operation, policy statements, and other confidential data.
Entire agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the Parties relating to it.
Acceptance by LICENSEE
I trust that the terms of this agreement meet with your approval. If so, please indicate this by signing a copy of this letter and returning it to your PROVIDERS representative. An additional copy of this agreement is enclosed for your records.
